From 'Can't Get Out Of Bed' To Double Bodyweight Deadlift

When you have back pain - whether that's full on struggle to move and can't do what you used to do, or niggling day to day aches and pains - it can make you feel broken, like you 'just have to put up with it' and it's simply a part of getting older.

I used to think that - so many of my colleagues had it, none of them ever seemed to get over it, even when they went to see physios or chiropractors.

But I was wrong - there was a solution and I could get out of it, I just didn't know it yet.

At my worst, I literally couldn't stand up out of bed. Now, I'm able to lift double my own bodyweight off the floor with zero pain or payback the next day.
