Pistol squats, for us, are the ultimate test of single leg strength and stability. This is important for you if you want to walk well, run, squat effectively, have stable knees and hips and to be strong and get stronger.
Pistol squats in their 'strict' form are an advanced move, which certainly isn't the place to start. So we wanted to share with you how you can get started and build up strength, before attempting the final event.
