‘Get Stronger in 2025’ is a 30 day programme that provides the starting framework for you to achieve these results at an investment in your long-term health and wellbeing of £479. Monthly Personal Training
Once you have gone through my 30 day introductory programme and we both feel alignment in wishing to continue the work, you will have the option to access a 6 month programme of personal training. This will be completely tailored to you and your needs, continuing to focus on the most efficient way to get you where you want to be. Such programmes begin at £379 per month.
Workplace Wellbeing
My method started when I personally experienced all of the challenges of working long hours at a desk and found the conventional solutions to be lacking.
